RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you love your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. The products must not have been used, worn or have any signs of wear. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were sent, in the original packaging where possible.
Returns and exchanges must be made after you contact us via email at sales@mila-boutique.com
Only within Greece, and only for changing the size of an item in your purchase, the shipping costs for returning and re-shipping are covered by us.
If you request a refund, and only in the case where the returned item meets the conditions aforementioned, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you within 14 days.

REFUNDS
Refunds are made when returning items are received and checked (1-3 business days). Refunds are only made on your credit card or bank account used to pay the order.
Processing time varies depending on the bank and type of credit card. If the purchase is made by cash, the amount of the refund will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
