Mila Boutique was founded in 1996 by Fotini Symeonidi, with a small boutique in the outskirts of Athens - Markopoulo Mesogaias. A suburb that would soon become a traveling hub since the Athens International Airport is only 10 km away. Her vision was to offer unique selections from designers brands and create a fashion destination in the Mesogaia region.

In 2008, Mila Boutique was re-branded and moved to a new boutique in Markopoulo. A boutique designed according to high quality standards, consistency and sustainability. A boutique designed to adhere and satisfy the needs and demands of its fashion clientele.
